Emporia’s Street Cats Club will be having a ball of a time this weekend.
The organization will be holding its second annual Black Cat Ball inside of the Emporia Granada Theatre Friday night. Street Cats Club founder Victoria Partridge describes the ball as “an upscale Halloween style event” where attendees are encouraged to dress up in their best Halloween or cocktail party attire.
She says the evening will once again include a large list of activities for attendees to enjoy.
Tickets for the event are available at go.rallyup.com/blackcatball and cost $50 for general admission, $75 for a VIP ticket and $500 for a table of eight. All proceeds will go to support the club’s mission of bettering the lives of stray cats across the community.
The Black Cat Ball will begin with a VIP hour at 6 pm with the main event beginning at 7 pm and running through 10 pm. For more information find the Black Cat Ball on Facebook.
