The Cut was another rousing success at Flint Hills Technical College on Thursday night.
In part, The Cut features a quartet of Culinary Arts students creating food dishes using a mystery basket of items. Multimedia students then handle the video production from start to finish.
Jaxson Cowan took home champion honors and says the event puts contestants in a pressure cooker — pardon the pun.
With The Cut, Vice President of Advancement Mike Crouch says Flint Hills Technical College is taking steps other colleges would not.
Ian Anderson was second. Josh Unruh and Jayden Moseley-Cannon also participated.
