The Emporia High boys soccer team bounced back with an 8-0 victory at Wichita South on Wednesday.
David Almaguer led the way for the Spartans with three goals and three assists. Thiago Esquivel had a goal and two assists. Brayden Sailer recorded a goal and an assist. Carter Granado, Alonso Martinez and Ricky Ramos each had a goal. Corbin B’Hymer added an assist.
Emporia High (6-8) hosts St. Mary’s Academy for a 6:15 p.m. kickoff Tuesday at the EHS Turf Field.
