An extradtion hearing is coming next month in the case of a Hartford man arrested in Lyon County after alleged sex crimes in Missouri.
Devon Kinzle, age 27, will return to Lyon County District Court on Nov. 13 after an extradition hearing Tuesday before Judge Doug Jones.
Kinzle is charged in Missouri with second-degree statutory rape, possession of child pornography and furnishing or trying to furnish pornographic material to a minor. Missouri court records have Kinzle charged with those counts last September in Jasper County. Charges say the victim was under 17 years old at the time of the alleged incidents.
