A preliminary hearing in a Lyon County aggravated child endangerment case is being delayed.
Anissa Gardner-Lagg was originally set for a hearing Wednesday, but that was moved to Dec. 17 due to a scheduling conflict.
Following alleged illegal activity in August, Gardner-Lagg is charged with single counts of distributing a small amount of meth and possessing marijuana, meth and paraphernalia. She also has one count of aggravated child endangerment for allegedly causing a child under the age of 18 to be in an environment where she either knew or should have known illegal drug activity was underway.
