For the second consecutive meet, the Emporia High Unified Bowling team had a first-place finish in its second home meet of the season Thursday at Flint Hills Lanes. The No. 2 team of Taylor McKay, Jeremiah Weidner, Ryan Roush and Hayden Thexton finished first with a series of 794. The No. 3 team finished sixth with a series of 538. The No. 1 team finished ninth with a series of 451. Emporia High will head to Lawrence for its next meet on Tuesday at Royal Crest Lanes.
