Lyon County Fire District 1 was called to assist with a fire in Osage County and canceled shortly after Tuesday afternoon.
Lyon County Fire District 1, Reading/Miller, was toned out to 325th and Valencia Road, less than a mile west of Arvonia, just before 2 pm for a grass fire. Crews were canceled en route to the call roughly 15 minutes later.
Details on the situation are currently pending, however, this is the third time since Sunday that area firefighters have responded to the area.
Crews were first called to the vicinity on Sunday for a blaze that destroyed two barns in the area. Hartford/Neosho Rapids fire crews were also called to the area Monday afternoon for a rekindle of the Sunday fire.
