Flood watches continue for Lyon, Chase, Coffey, Greenwood, Morris and Osage counties until 12 am Tuesday. Rain totals since early Saturday:

*2 miles south of Dunlap: 3.20 inches
*Road 180 two miles west of Emporia: 3.90 inches
*Road 290 and E: 4.20 inches
*Eskridge: 3.36 inches
*Eureka Milliken Airport: 1.80 inches
*6 miles northwest of Gridley: 1.75 inches
*7 miles east of Hartford: 2.65 inches
*Between Hartford and Olpe: 3.30 inches since Wednesday
*Neosho Rapids: 2.75 inches
*Olpe: 2.35 inches
*1 mile south-southeast of Osage City: 3.41 inches

The current forecast calls for additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms through Monday night.
Meanwhile, Emporia’s Trowman Way is no longer flooding as it was Saturday, but flooding has prompted the Lyon County Highway Department to close a number of roads:
*Road 140 at J, both northbound and eastbound
*Road 140 at Kansas Highway 99, westbound
*Road 140 at K, both eastbound and westbound
*Road 150 from J to Kansas Highway 99, immediately east of K-99
*Road 150 at Kansas Highway 99, eastbound
*Road 240 at E, both eastbound and westbound
Lyon County is currently the only area county to have flood-related road closures as of Sunday morning.
River levels have been rising since rain began early Saturday. No area river gauges are close to flood stage as of 7 am Sunday.
