A man convicted of aggravated battery and burglary related to a 2022 Lyon County Case is now back in court for two separate matters.
Shedrick Williams appeared in Lyon County District Court Wednesday where he pleaded no contest to two counts of domestic battery stemming from an alleged incident this past May. Williams is set for sentencing in that case on January 3.
Meanwhile, Williams is also facing potential probation revocation for alleged violations of said probation. Williams was on probation for convictions of aggravated battery and burglary of a motor vehicle stemming from an incident in July of 2022.
Williams and Keno Hopkins were accused of robbing Harold Stewart of a cell phone and car keys at the Emporia All Veterans Memorial in the early morning hours of July 20th that year. If found to violate his probation Williams could serve up to 24 months in prison as a result.
His next hearing for the probation violations is set for December 13th inside Lyon County District Court.
