One man has been charged with three counts of aggravated violations of the state’s offender registration act in Coffey County.
Robert Lee Stuart Brady was arrested Nov. 15 and subsequently charged after alleged violations between August 2023 and this past May. This follows Brady’s convictions in 2016 for drug distribution and possession.
Brady’s next hearing is Dec. 4 in Burlington.
