No injuries were reported after fire destroyed a pickup near Emporia on Thursday.
Emporia Fire was dispatched to Kansas Turnpike mile marker 129 northbound around 11:40 am. The truck in question was not initially engulfed in flames but fully involved by the time firefighters reached the scene.
A cause is undetermined.
