An extradition hearing is coming next month for a Florida man arrested in Lyon County as an alleged fugitive from justice.
Documents on the Kansas District Court Public Access Portal indicate Eduardo Gonzalez Gonzalez, age 32 of Pensacola, allegedly left Leon County, Florida, after a charge of sexual battery.
Gonzalez will return to District Court on Feb. 10.
