Sexual violence charges have been filed in a Coffey County case.
Leon Lile, age 76, was arrested Monday by Coffey County deputies. He has been charged with three counts of rape, two counts of aggravated sexual battery and one of aggravated indecent liberties. Documents posted to the Kansas District Court Public Access Portal show Lile is accused of illegal sexual activity with two teenagers and two adults at times between 2013-2020.
Lile has a court appearance Jan. 22 in Burlington. Bond has been set at $250,000.
