The Kansas City Chiefs will face the Philadelphia Eagles for their third straight Super Bowl title after edging past the Buffalo Bills 32-29 at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Mo. on Sunday. The Chiefs offense was rolling in the first half to a 21-16 halftime lead but the Bills took the lead with a third-quarter touchdown by James Cook but failed on the two-point conversion. Patrick Mahomes put KC in front on a 10-yard touchdown run for his second rushing score of the game with just over 10:00 to go, but Buffalo answered less than four minutes later. A late Chiefs drive stalled out but Harrison Butker nailed the game winning 35-yard field goal with 3:33 to go and after stopping the Bills on a desperation heave by quarterback Josh Allen, KC converted two first downs with less than 2:00 to go to earn the win. Mahomes tossed one touchdown on 245 yards passing and ran for two scores while Kareem Hunt carried 17 times for 64 yards and another score. The Chiefs will face the Eagles in Super Bowl LIX in a rematch of their 38-35 Super Bowl LVII victory over the Eagles in 2023. Philadelphia crushed Washington 55-23 to win their second NFC championship in three years and third in the last decade. Kickoff is set for Sunday, February 9 at 5:30 p.m. from New Orleans. The game will be available on 1400 AM/96.9 FM, Country 101.7, and televised by Fox.
