Bidding is set to begin Tuesday for Emporia’s Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant location.
McCurdy Real Estate & Auction is handling the auction proceedings for the over 4,300-square-foot building that sits on 1.5 acres at 2613 Candlewood Drive. The restaurant was built in 2005.
Restaurant staff have only been able to confirm the property is for sale and directed KVOE News to the McCurdy website for more property information.
Online bidding ends Feb. 12.
