It was a tale of two halves for the Lebo Lady Wolves, as they captured their third straight tournament championship with a 49-34 victory over Olpe.
Olpe controlled the first half, leading Lebo by nine at the half 21-12.
Saige Hadley set the tone for Lebo in the second half, storming out to 17 points in the third quarter alone, helping Lebo take a 33-27 lead into the final frame.
Hadley would continue her dominance as Olpe was unable to pull the deficit any closer. Hadley finished with 30 points. 17 points by Lilly Skalsky led Olpe.
In the boys championship, Burlingame raced out to a 14-10 first quarter lead before Olpe dug their heels in defensively as they completed their fourth straight championship winning 57-34.
Brecken McGuire led all scorers with 22 points, while Burlingame was led by Drake Skirvin with 11. Olpe becomes first team since Waverly 1989-1992 to win four straight tournament titles.
