It was a split between Marais des Cygnes Valley and Chase County in Melvern on Tuesday night.
Chase County won the girls game, 52-46. Chase County was led by Madelyn Wilson’s 22 points, while MdCV was led by Akyra Traver’s 19. MdCV won the boys games, 49-46 in overtime. Dalton Lingenfelter led the way for MdCV with 23 points while Wyatt Griffin had 17 for Chase County.
Other games from Tuesday night, Olpe swept Mission Valley, 47-39 in the girls game and 55-48 in the boys game. Lebo swept Lyndon, 46-35, in the girls game and 54-31 in the boys game. Osage City swept Perry-Lecompton, 68-29 in the girls game and 55-39 in the boys game.
