An investigation is underway after a vehicle hit a utility pole in south Emporia on Friday night.
Emporia Police and Emporia Fire responded to South Merchant and Kansas Avenue around 9:30 pm. Emporia Fire says there were no transports to any hospital afterward, but the vehicle apparently snapped the pole.
Emporia Police is investigating.
