A Lyon County drug distribution case may still go to trial before the end of this month despite a hearing getting delayed this week.
Nethanial Robinson is charged with distributing up to 100 grams of psilocybin, as well as possessing marijuana and paraphernalia, after an alleged incident in mid-September.
Robinson was set for a trial status hearing Wednesday. That has been delayed to Feb. 26. Trial is tentatively set to begin March 3.
