Two more classifications now know their sub-state brackets as KSHSAA releasing Classes 2A and 3A on Saturday.
In Class 2A in the Yates Center region, the Chase County girls are the No. 2 seed and will host Yates Center on Thursday with a time to be determined. The Chase County boys are the No. 6 seed and will host Yates Center at 7 p.m. Thursday. The Lyndon boys are the No. 15 seed and will travel to Cherokee-Southeast at 6 p.m. Thursday. The Lyndon girls are the No. 6 and will host West Elk at 6 p.m. Friday.
In Class 3A in the Hiawatha region, the Osage City girls are the No. 1 seed and will host Osawatomie at 7 p.m. Thursday. The Osage City boys are the No. 5 seed and will host Hiawatha at 6 p.m. Friday.
Class 5A will have its sub-states released on Saturday, March 1.
Postseason coverage begins on Country 101.7 FM on Monday with a doubleheader featuring Marais des Cygnes Valley hosting Caldwell.
