CareArc’s monthly financials at the start of 2025 were in “surprisingly good shape” according to health center leadership Tuesday.
According to the monthly financial report presented to the CareArc Board of Directors during their monthly meeting Tuesday, the health center saw a net gain of nearly $61,000 for January. CFO Suresa Howe says this is a shift in trends as the center has traditionally experienced a net loss at the start of the calendar year.
Monthly revenues were $893,000 with total expenses of $832,000. Year-to-date CareArc is reporting a net gain of $61,000.
In other businesses, board members approved a new part-time content designer position which will be responsible for assisting with marketing, promotion and generating graphics for the center. Board members also approved utilizing the services of CohnReznick for the 2024 fiscal year audit and to conduct an audit of the health center’s 340B program.
Board members also received the monthly clinical and CQI reports and held one executive session for financial matters. The CareArc Board will next convene on Tuesday, March 25 at noon.
