Trial is tentatively ahead in May for Adonis Dailey in a Lyon County vehicular murder case, although a motion hearing set last month was canceled.
Dailey was set for a hearing this past Friday, but that was removed from the docket. A jury trial start date of April 21 has been canceled, although a trial status hearing is still set for April 16. Currently, trial is set to begin May 12.
Dailey is charged with first-degree murder, flee and elude and speeding after he allegedly drove into a semi at high speed while trying to evade law enforcement in late April 2023. The wreck killed one person.
