A traffic stop in Osage County this past weekend has led to the arrest of a Lyndon man on suspicion of drug possession.
According to Osage County Sheriff Chris Wells, a deputy initiated a traffic stop just after 8:50 pm Saturday in the 1500 block of Topeka Avenue in Lyndon for an alleged traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were supposedly located in the vehicle driven by 36-year-old Devin G. Davis.
Davis was arrested and taken to the Osage County Jail on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Formal charges are pending at last word.
