Next month, the Kansas Court of Appeals will have a traveling panel coming to Emporia.
Judges Karen Arnold-Burger, PJ Cline and JJ Gardner will hold court at Emporia State’s Memorial Union Webb Hall on April 8-9. The The April 8 docket includes the following cases:
*Richard Gould is appealing a malpractice suit filed in Lyon County against Drs. Patricia Crawley and Michael Lloyd as well as Newman Regional Health.
*In a Shawnee County case, Jesse Lydell Hicks is appealing a 2023 conviction in a driving under the influence and child endangerment case.
There are 10 cases on the docket for April 9. No oral arguments will take place with those cases. The list can be found below.
