Emporia Main Street’s annual Show of Hands pitch contest is coming soon.
This is the fourth year for Show of Hands, which is coming March 27 at 5:30 pm. Tickets are $10 each.
Main Street Director Casey Woods says the format will hold to what has taken place the last two years.
Activities have been held at the Emporia Granada Theatre, but this year the event will be at the Radius Brewing production facility at Fourth and Merchant. Click here for more information.
This comes with Main Street into its second straight year of voting for America’s Best Main Street through the USA TODAY 10Best annual nationwide list of contests. Emporia is currently second behind Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, after finishing second last year and winning in 2016 Residents can vote online once per day per device until 11 am April 7.
