CareArc’s Board of Directors will have two meetings Tuesday.
The regular meeting will consist of standard reports — operations updates from Chief Medical Officer Tammy Black and Chief Dental Officer Regan Orr, as well as the monthly finance report and Continuous Quality Improvement Committee update.
Separately, the board will have its annual meeting to elect officers and directors, as well as to approve several sets of business — required and aditional services under CareArc’s “scope of project;” clinic sites approved by the federal Health Resources and Services Administration; and location and activities for Federal Tort Claims Act coverage.
The meeting slate begins at noon Tuesday at CareArc.
Newman Regional Health’s Board of Trustees will meet at 3 pm Wednesday. The agenda for that meeting has not been released.
