Two people declined ambulance trips to hospitals after a reported injury crash in north Emporia on Tuesady.
Emporia Fire, Emporia Police and the Kansas Highway Patrol were all dispatched to the 1800 block of Merchant around 10 am. Early indications are a car was leaving the south entrance of the Short Stop convenience store and turned northbound. The car was hit by a northbound pickup.
Troopers are investigating.
