Two people accused of aggravated robbery in a Lyon County criminal case were supposed to have hearings Wednesday. Only one did.
Coryon Green’s hearing for charges of aggravated robbery, aggravated victim or witness intimidation, flee and elude and drug and paraphernalia possession is now on hold indefinitely after he failed to appear. A bench warrant has been issued for his arrest in Lyon County, but Green was arrested March 21 in Shawnee County and later charged with interfering with law enforcement by fleeing in a felony investigation, criminal possession of a weapon by a felon and possessing paraphernalia. A court docket schedule in Shawnee County is currently pending.
Sheantel Thompson, Green’s co-defendant in the Lyon County case, was set for a May 2 pretrial hearing. Judge Doug Jones dismissed a count of aggravated intimidation but kept the other counts of aggravated robbery, methamphetamine possession and paraphernalia possession.
Lyon County charges against Green and Thompson follow an alleged incident in December 2024.
