Two members of the Emporia High girls basketball team have received All-Centennial League honors, released on Friday morning.
Freshman Maycee Davis is a second team selection while sophomore Bailey Wiltz is an honorable mention selection. Davis averaged eight points per game in her freshman year and played and started in 20 of 21 games. Davis recorded a career-high 25 points in the Lady Spartans’ 36-30 victory over Wichita Independent on Jan. 21. Wiltz averaged six points per game in 19 games played and started. Wiltz recorded a career-high 13 points twice in both games against Junction City.
Emporia High was 4-17 this past season.
