A preliminary hearing is coming in May as part of an aggravated battery case in Lyon County.
The hearing in the case against Angel Lemus was originally set for Wednesday but was delayed to May 7 with defense attorney Clark Allemang recently coming to the case.
The lead charge against Lemus is aggravated battery on law enforcement for allegedly using a vehicle against law enforcement as part of a chase incident Feb. 5. Lemus is also charged aggravated battery – reckless deadly weapon and two counts of flee and elude.
