Early details are pending after a destructive business fire in Burlingame late Sunday.
The Den, a bar and grill at 113 West Santa Fe in downtown Burlingame, apparently caught fire Sunday night and is a total loss after fire went through the roof of the two-story building, according to a social media post. The business says security footage indicates the fire did not start with the grill or fryers, but the cause is unclear. Nobody was hurt.
An investigation is underway. The Office of Kansas State Fire Marshal has been asked to help and has assigned a special agent to the case.
