The Emporia High girls soccer team picked up its second consecutive shutout on Monday against Salina Central in Wichita, 7-0, as part of the Titan Classic For the second consecutive game, a Lady Spartan recorded a hat trick. Sophomore Emersyn Johnson scored three times for EHS. Senior Katie Smart added two goals, while senior Karah Cooper and Sidney Linares each had one. Emporia High (2-0) plays Hutchinson at 6 p.m. Wednesday in its second game of the Titan Classic.
