Applications are now available for people wanting to attend Emporia’s second annual Civic Leadership Institute.
Applications are due back to the city by April 22, with classes weekly between May 6 and the graduation ceremony July 15.
Participants get a chance to meet with city department heads and administrators, take tours of city facilities and network with other local leaders.
