Several area fire crews are en route to a reported structure fire near the city of Allen.
Allen/Admire and Reading/Miller firefighters were called to the intersection of Road 320 and U, over 20 miles northeast of Emporia and just over 9 miles east of Allen, for a structure fire just before 2 pm. Full details are pending, however, early indications are the fire involves a barn or “agricultural building” in the area.
