The Glenn Miller Orchestra is bringing its classic swing sound to Emporia this weekend.
The orchestra will hit the Granada Theatre stage Saturday at 7 pm. Originally formed back in 1938, the orchestra is the longest touring band in the world that brings classic songs and sounds from the swing era. Emporia Arts Council Executive Director Dawn Young says this is a big get for the community.
