After a successful Emporia Stronger Job Fair this week, Southeast KansasWORKS is gearing up for a special event designed to equip young workers.
The KEYS Summit will take place at Emporia State University’s Memorial Union on Friday. The event will include a keynote address from I Am Foundation founder Elijah Dormeus, as well as workshops, panels, a College & Career Expo, an elevator pitch competition, door prizes and scholarships.
The KEYS Summit is structured to give people ages 14-21 with skills and knowledge to smoothly enter or continue in the workforce.
