*Chase County has announced a burn ban for both Saturday and Sunday
*Osage County has a ban for unincorporated areas underway now until further notice
*Wabaunsee County is in a burn ban for Saturday
Dry grasses are combining with relative humidity levels under 30 percent and gusty south winds between 30-40 mph to set a very high fire danger areawide through the weekend. With good burn conditions Friday, landowners who conducted burns are asked to check previous controlled burn areas for the possibility of rekindles.
