Two Emporia High athletic teams were on the road on Tuesday.
Emporia High junior Allie Weiss won the Campus Diving Invitational with a score of 460.80. Weiss will dive again on Wednesday at Topeka West, with the Lady Spartan swimmers competing following the diving portion of the meet.
The Emporia High girls soccer team fell 7-1 at Manhattan. Katie Smart scored the lone goal for the Lady Spartans. Emporia High (4-3, 1-1 Centennial) hosts Wichita East at 6:15 p.m. Friday.
