Two Topeka men initially accused of distributing upwards of 450 grams of marijuana have now been sentenced to lesser crimes after hearings this week in Lyon County District Court.
Lawrence Fletcher and Demarqus Fletcher reached separate plea agreements in February after an alleged incident in October, with both pleading no contest to drug and paraphernalia possession.
Demarqus Fletcher was sentenced to 12 months probation with a 90-day underlying prison term if there are any probation violations. Lawrence Fletcher got 12 months probation with an underlying prison term of six months.
