The Emporia State tennis team dropped a 5-2 decision on the road at Harding on Wednesday. The #21 Bisons won the doubles point thanks to a 7-6 victory at #2 doubles after going to a tiebreak. ESU won the first two singles matches with Roko Kacer and Diego Calvo picking up wins at #6 and #4 singles respectively, but the Hornets couldn’t pick up another point. ESU fell in three sets at #1, #2, and #3 singles. ESU (12-7) returns home Friday to host Senior Day against Arkansas-Fort Smith. First serve is set for 2:00 p.m. at the Kossover Family Tennis Center.
