Court processes are advancing in a Coffey County rape case.
Leon Lile was set for a May 23 preliminary hearing at a status conference last week.
Lile, 76, stands accused of three counts of rape, two of aggravated sexual battery and one of aggravated indecent liberties, reflecting alleged illegal sexual activity with two teenagers and two adults periodically between 2013-2020.
