The Emporia Farmer’s Market is back in its natural element for the regular market season.
The market kicked off the 2025 season Saturday with a tremendous turnout from both vendors and patrons. Market Director Trisha Fullerton, who has been involved with the market for about five years now, says opening day in the parking lot at 7th and Merchant never gets old.
Given the ever-rising cost of certain products and goods in recent months, Fullerton says the market continues to be a great community resource that provides quality goods for a reasonable price.
Markets now run Saturdays 8-10:30 am, through October at the Seventh and Merchant parking lot. Wednesday Markets will begin June 4 and run through September.
