An Emporia man accused of rape and aggravated criminal sodomy will take the next step in the court process later this month.
Jason Hill Sr, age 51, was set for a pretrial conference May 23 after his preliminary hearing Wednesday.
Hill faces single counts of both offenses. Charges follow an alleged incident in late September.
