Law enforcement and first responders have been busy responding to reported injury wrecks Wednesday morning.
Kansas Highway Patrol troopers, Lyon County deputies and Emporia Fire/EMS crews first responded to the junction of Kansas Highway 99 and Road K after 7:30 am after at least two vehicles collided. Emporia Fire Capt. Tanner Burenheide says there were no hospital transports with that wreck.
Deputies and Emporia Fire/EMS then responded to a crash near Roads 190 and K shortly after 9:15 am. Further details are pending, but Burenheide says there were hospital transports afterward.

Law enforcement and emergency responders are converging on a reported injury crash just outside Olpe.
Emporia Fire/EMS is among the response to Kansas Highway 99 and Road 75, along with Kansas Highway Patrol troopers and Lyon County deputies, after a wreck before 7:45 am. Other details are currently pending.
