A man initially accused in Lyon County District Court with distributing a small amount of methamphetamine and other drug-related crimes has reached a plea agreement on lesser charges.
Ivan Guzman had originally been charged with distributing up to 100 grams of methamphetamine as part of an alleged incident in late January, along with possession of drugs and paraphernalia. As part of a hearing Wednesday, Guzman accepted a plea agreement on single counts of attempted distribution and possession of paraphernalia.
Sentencing will be July 9.
