The Emporia Recreation Commission has its monthly meeting Monday.
The meeting agenda will include the monthyl leadership team updates which will feature a “pulse statement” focusing on how recreation is “strengthening our community” along with an impact statement focusing on recent retirements. During her regular update Rec Director Amanda Gutierrez will provide a rec center steering committee update as well as a preliminary budget review and revenue-neutral-rate discussion.
A facility needs assessment and an executive session for non-elected personnel matters are also planned. The meeting will take place at the Lee Beran Recreation Center at 5:30 pm.
