Lyon County Crime Stoppers has announced a reward as part a local criminal investigation.
There is a reward of up to $1,000 in the case of Brandon Charles Keene, who has warrants for felony theft, battery and criminal damage. Keene is a white male, age 38, 6-foot, 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He also goes by either “Dreamer” or “Spider” and may be in the Wichita area.
