A longtime law enforcement leader in Osage County is now joining the county Sheriff’s Office.
Fred Nech, the longtime police chief in Osage City, has been announced as a lieutenant in the Sheriff’s Office. Nech served as Osage City’s police chief for 22 years before retiring this past December. He has over 33 years of law enforcement experience.
