A Lebo woman was hurt after a two-vehicle crash near the town Monday.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says the crash happened shortly before 4 pm near Kansas Highway 131 and Bree Drive, between Lebo and the Interstate 35 junction with K-131. A pickup driven by 55-year-old James Barker of Lebo was leaving a private drive, while a car driven by 45-year-old Joshua Hansel of Alva, Oklahoma, was westbound on Bree. The two vehicles collided.
Neither Barker nor Hansel were hurt, but a passenger in Barker’s pickup, 52-year-old Tracy Barker, suffered potential minor injuries and was taken to Newman Regional Health for observation and treatment.
