Tickets for the Denim and Diamonds Gala on August 1 are minimal, as sales began Tuesday morning.
A handful remained for the event as of Tuesday morning, thanks to the generosity of numerous sponsors for the hospital’s annual signature event to be held at Emporia State University’s Webb Hall. Newman Regional Health Director of Marketing and Public Relations Kacie Hastings says it’s been a wonderful season prior to next month’s Gala.
The event will feature dinner, cocktails, and a live and silent auction. Highlighting the evening will be a performance from country music artist Logan Mize.
Proceeds from the event will support updates to the WS and EC Jones Cardiovascular Laboratory. Dr. Michael Lloyd says the new equipment that’ll be purchased will be easier to use than the current equipment.
